STRATA Skin Sciences (NASDAQ:SSKN) entered into agreements to sell 1.10M shares at $2.204 per share in a registered direct offering.
The offering is priced at-market under Nasdaq rules and involves institutional investors.
Gross proceeds are expected to be ~$2.42M before fees and expenses.
Funds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Closing is expected on or around September 4, 2025.
SSKN shares fall 17.7% premarket on Wednesday.
