Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) on Tuesday said it has launched Ondas Capital, a new business unit focused on accelerating deployment of unmanned and autonomous systems to Allied defense and security markets.
The company expects to deploy at least $150 million over the next two years, with investments beginning in Q4 2025.
Initial emphasis will be on Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine, and building bridges to Allied markets in the U.S. and Europe.
James Acuna will lead the investment program.
A launch event is scheduled for September 11, 2025, at the Defense and Security Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition in London.
ONDS is +0.25% to $5.875.
