DelphX宣布非经纪单位私募

- DelphX Capital Markets (TSXV:DELX:CA) on Monday said it has closed on a non-brokered private placement of 5M units at a subscription price of C$0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of C$250,000.
- Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.08, for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
- DelphX intends to use the net proceeds from the offering in connection with general corporate purposes.
