- Cognition Therapeutics (NASDAQ:CGTX) has announced an offering of 14.7M shares, aiming to raise approximately $30M in gross proceeds.
- The offering is expected to close around August 29, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds to fund preparation for its Phase 3 programs of zervimesine in neurodegenerative disorders, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
