Blade Air Mobility将更名为Strata Critical Medical，在“SRTA”下交易

Blade Air Mobility (NASDAQ:BLDE) said on Wednesday that it will change its name to Strata Critical Medical, Inc. on August 28, 2025, reflecting its shift toward medical and logistics services.
Starting August 29, the company’s shares will trade under the new ticker “SRTA” and its warrants under “SRTAW” on the Nasdaq.
The rebranding follows the pending sale of Blade’s passenger business to Joby Aviation (NYSE:JOBY).
