Decade Resources宣布100万美元非经纪私募

- Decade Resources (TSXV:DEC:CA) announced on Wednesday a non-brokered private placement of flow-through shares to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1 million.
- The flow-through offering will be composed of up to 33.33 million flow-through units, at a price of $0.03 per flow-through unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1 million.
- Each unit will comprise one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant, each warrant being exercisable for the purchase of one additional common share, at a price of $0.05 per share, for a 24-month period.
- The proceeds from the sale of the flow-through shares will be expended on the company's projects located in British Columbia.
