GOAT Industries将私募股权规模扩大至600万美元

- GOAT Industries (OTCPK:BGTTF) has announced the upsizing of its non-brokered private placement offering to an aggregate of up to $6M.
- The offering will now consist of a minimum raise of $2M and a maximum raise of $6M.
- The offering will now consist of up to 20M units at a price of $0.30 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.45 per share for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.
- The net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the company’s previously announced acquisition of 1509467 B.C. and Vroom.
