- EpicQuest Education Group (NASDAQ:EEIQ) announced it has signed a deal with institutional investors to sell about 5.07 million shares (or pre-funded warrants) at $0.73 each in a registered direct offering.
- The gross proceeds are expected to be around $3.7 million, the net proceeds from which will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
