- New Fortress Energy (NASDAQ:NFE) announced on Friday that it has received a Nasdaq notice, stating that the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule because it has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2025, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
- The notice stated that the company has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the company’s plan to regain compliance, Nasdaq may grant the company up to 180 calendar days from the prescribed due date of the Form 10-Q, or until February 16, 2026, to file the Form 10-Q to regain compliance.
- The notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of the company’s securities on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
- NFE +1.13% after hours to $2.67.
