王利集团宣布股份合并

  • WANG & LEE GROUP (NASDAQ:WLGS) on Thursday said its board of directors approved a combination of its ordinary shares on a 250-to-one basis.
  • The company’s ordinary shares will begin trading on a post combination basis on September 2, 2025.
  • As a result of the share combination, each two hundred and fifty pre-combination ordinary shares will be combined into one ordinary share, and the company’s issued and outstanding ordinary shares will be reduced from 174.68M to approximately 698,719.
  • The company’s ordinary shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “WLGS”.
  • The share combination is intended to increase the market price per share of the company’s ordinary shares to allow it to maintain its Nasdaq listing.
  • WLGS is -5.6% to $0.0453.
