Organto Foods将私人融资规模从700万加元增加至800万加元

- Organto Foods (OTCQB:OGOFF) has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing from 14M units to 16M units at price of C$0.50 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half common share purchase warrant of the company, increasing planned gross proceeds from C$7M to C$8M.
- The net proceeds are intended to be used to continue the growth of the company's organic and fairtrade fruit and vegetable products, further develop the company's technology platform, and support general working capital requirements
