BioSig Technology宣布拟议公开募股

BioSig Technologies (NASDAQ:BSGM) on Wednesday announced its intention to offer shares of common stock through an underwritten public offering.
All the shares of common stock are being offered by the company.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase gold bullion in accordance with its investment policy, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
BSGM +3.24% after hours to $4.7492.
