ProFRAC推出7500万美元公开募股

ProFrac (NASDAQ:ACDC) has commenced an underwritten public offering of $75M in Class A common stock.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $11.25M in shares.
Net proceeds will be used to repay debt under its senior secured revolving credit facility, and for investments, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
