CubeSmart售价4.5亿美元纸币

CubeSmart's (NYSE:CUBE) operating partnership, CubeSmart, L.P., has priced a $450 million public offering of 5.125% senior unsecured notes due 2035.
The notes were priced at 98.656% of face value, with a 5.295% yield. The sale is expected to close on August 20, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt under the company’s unsecured revolving credit facility, as well as for working capital, general corporate purposes, and potentially repurchasing other outstanding debt.
