- Entero Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ENTO) signed deals with institutional investors to raise about $3 million through the sale of pre-funded and common stock warrants, priced at market under Nasdaq rules.
- The offering includes 4.88 million pre-funded warrants and 9.76 million common warrants, with proceeds split—$1 million at closing and $2 million upon effectiveness of a resale registration statement.
- The combined purchase price for one pre-funded warrant and two common warrants is $0.6149. The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable at an exercise price of $0.00001 and may be exercised at any time until exercised in full
- Closing is expected around August 11, 2025, with funds to be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
- Shares jumped 53% premarket.
