- Financing includes up to 31.72M common shares offered under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption.
- Structure includes: 9.22M flow-through shares at $0.24 for $2.21M, 13.18M charity flow-through shares at $0.284 for $3.74M, 9.33M hard dollar shares at $0.20 for $1.87M.
- Centerra Gold (CG:CA) will exercise its top-up right to maintain its 9.9% ownership stake.
