根據公司風險特點,曼恩斯特組織了消防疏散等多項應急演練。7月,一陣急促的警報聲拉開了消防演習的序幕,員工們迅速反應,用濕毛巾捂住口鼻,彎腰沿預定路線快速撤離「火場」。在安全區域,專業人員現場教學,「提拔握壓,對準根部掃射…」,員工們輪番上陣進行滅火器實操,切實掌握了「滅小滅早」的關鍵技能,有效提升了面對突發火情的應急處置能力。

To deeply implement the principle of "Safety First, Prevention Foremost, Comprehensive Management," strictly adhere to regulations like the Work Safety Law, and fully implement the enterprise's primary responsibility for work safety, Manst's Manufacturing Department has systematically deployed year-round safety education and training activities.

II. Skill Practice: Forging a Multi-Skilled Team
To enhance employees' comprehensive skill levels and strengthen the team's adaptability and flexible production capabilities, Manst's Manufacturing Department actively responded to the company's "Safety 2025" production requirements by launching the "2*2*2 Skill Matrix Enhancement Program" for grinding positions. This program involves systematic theoretical training (covering work safety, equipment operation, process flows, etc.), rigorous hands-on rotation training, and comprehensive assessment. It aims to holistically elevate employees' skill levels and safety awareness. Furthermore, skill competitions using actual production as the platform will serve as the stage to test results. Employees' skill levels will be comprehensively evaluated across multiple dimensions such as qualification rate, precision, personnel efficiency, and multi-position competency. The goal is to forge a new high-caliber workforce for grinding operations – one that is technically proficient, collaboratively efficient, and safety-stable.
III. Practical Drills: Enhancing Emergency Response Capabilities
Based on the company's specific risk profile, Manst organized multiple emergency drills, including fire evacuation drills. In July, a piercing alarm marked the start of a fire drill. Employees reacted swiftly, covering their mouths and noses with wet towels and evacuating the "fire scene" quickly along predetermined routes while staying low. In the safe zone, professional instructors provided on-site training. "Pull the pin, Aim low, Squeeze the lever, Sweep the base..." Employees took turns practicing with fire extinguishers, mastering the critical skills for "extinguishing small fires early," effectively enhancing their emergency response capabilities when facing sudden fire incidents.
