- Pamt (NASDAQ:PAMT) has promoted the company’s Chief Financial Officer Lance Stewart as president and chief executive officer and a director of the Company, effective August 4, 2025.
- Daniel Kleine, the company’s recently promoted Senior Vice president of finance and treasurer, will serve as the company’s principal financial and accounting officer, effective August 4, 2025, until a permanent CFO is named.
