Webuy Global (NASDAQ:WBUY) has agreed to sell 721,918 Class A shares and 100,000 pre-funded warrants in a best-efforts offering.
Shares are priced at $3.65 each, while pre-funded warrants are priced at $3.6499 each.
Closing is expected by August 1, 2025.
WBUY shares fall 15.2% premarket on Thursday.
