Leidos (NYSE:LDOS) has been awarded a $128M task order by the FBI to modernize and develop software for the Next Generation Identification system.
The new contract includes enhancements such as mobile apps, biometric algorithms, automated testing, and integration of emerging technologies.
The task order includes a one-year base period with four additional option years.
