eHealth任命Derrick Duke为CEO

- eHealth (NASDAQ:EHTH) has appointed Derrick Duke as its next chief executive officer, effective September 18th, 2025.
- He will succeed Fran Soistman, who will retire from his role as CEO while continuing to serve on the board.
- Derrick Duke currently serves as CEO of Magellan Health, a leading national healthcare management organization and subsidiary of Centene Corporation (CNC). Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Magellan, including the dual roles of chief operating and chief financial officer where he led the finance organization, business transformation initiatives, and behavioral health clinical services.
