BioRobotics在CEO退休后被解雇

- Shares of Procept BioRobotics (NASDAQ:PRCT) fell ~9% on Friday after the surgical robotics company announced that its CEO, Reza Zadno, would retire effective Sept. 1, and Larry Wood, a member of the board of directors, would succeed him.
- Concurrently, the San Jose, California-based MedTech also preannounced its Q2 2025 results, indicating $79.2M in revenue, which exceeded $76.1M in FactSet consensus.
- Wood joins Procept (NASDAQ:PRCT) on Sept. 2 from Edwards Lifesciences (EW), where he has functioned as corporate vice president and group president at the heart device maker’s Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement and Surgical Structural Heart units since 2023.
- “On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Reza for his dedication to the Company and its mission over the past five years,” PRCT’s chair, Thomas Prescott, said.
