加州监管机构批准Uniti和Windstream合并

- Uniti Group (NASDAQ:UNIT) and Windstream have received final regulatory approval from the California Public Utilities Commission for their planned merger.
- The merger is expected to close after market hours on or around August 1, 2025.
- Post-merger, Uniti will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Windstream Parent, which will be renamed “Uniti Group Inc.”
- The new entity's stock will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “UNIT” starting around August 4, 2025.
- UNIT shares down 1.9% post-market on Thursday.
