- Ramaco Resources (NASDAQ:METC) announced a public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2030.
- Proceeds will be used to redeem existing 2026 notes and support rare earth development, investments, capex, and working capital.
- Notes will be issued in $25 denominations and multiples thereof.
- Ramaco has applied to list the Notes on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "METCI".
- If approved, trading is expected to begin within 30 business days of issuance.
- METC shares fall 3% premarket on Wednesday.
