标准普尔道琼斯指数将收购ARC Research

- S&P Dow Jones Indices, a division of S&P Global (NYSE:SPGI), has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ARC Research.
- The financial terms of this deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
- ARC Research provides investment performance data, benchmarking capabilities and insights in the private wealth market. “This acquisition will expand S&P DJI's capabilities to deliver innovative, high-quality benchmarks and data solutions tailored to the evolving needs of wealth managers, private banks, and financial advisers,” the company said.
