BlackSky Technology prices $160M senior notes

BlackSky Technology (NYSE:BKSY) priced $160M principal amount of 8.25% convertible senior notes due 2033 in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers.
The offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of $125M notes.
Underwriters have an option to purchase an additional $25M principal amount of the notes.
The sale of the notes is expected to close on July 22, 2025.
BlackSky estimates that the net proceeds will be approximately $153.7M.
The company expects to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
