• Graco (NYSE:GGG) to acquire Italy-based Color Service, an automated and precision dosing system for powders and liquids for €63 million.
• Color Service had annual revenue of €34 million in 2024.
• The transaction is expected to close during Graco’s fiscal third quarter of 2025.
• “The addition of Color Service strengthens our powder handling portfolio and opens new growth opportunities with complementary technologies for new applications,” said Mark Sheahan, Graco's President and CEO.
