- The move consolidates Mullen and Bollinger Motors operations, focusing on Class 1, 3, and 4 commercial EVs under a unified Bollinger brand.
- Commercial operations will relocate to Oak Park, Michigan, and sales, marketing, and service teams will be merged.
- Since January 2025, Mullen has eliminated 155 positions and reduced operating expenses by at least $35M annually.
- The company anticipates significant sales orders this fiscal quarter and aims to become cash flow positive.
