01  以電熔技術實現零焦炭清潔生產與固廢高值利用

南玻有限

為落實國家雙碳戰略和加快推動鑄造、岩棉等行業沖天爐改為電爐的要求,中材科技所屬南玻有限推出「零焦炭清潔生產+固廢高值利用」電熔技術解決方案,徹底改寫高耗能、高排放的傳統生產模式,在應用先進技術、優化生產工藝方面處於行業領先地位。

南玻有限通過自主研發突破電容岩棉生產中的核心技術難題,實現我國岩棉行業的高質量發展,解決歐美電熔岩棉技術壟斷的現實難題。通過對電熔技術的研發,100%實現利用清潔能源解決巖礦棉熔制技術難題,實現工業固廢對現有礦石原料70%的替代。

通過新技術應用,相比同規模產能,單位產品綜合能耗由原382.21公斤標煤降至221.39公斤標煤,每年可節約40%以上的綜合能源消耗,對應減少40%以上的碳排放,顯著減輕了環境負擔,有力提升了南玻有限的核心競爭力和可持續發展能力,同時也為國家能源安全、產業升級和雙碳目標的實現做出了積極貢獻。

NRDI(Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute Co., ): Electromelting Technology Achieves Coke-Free Clean Production and High-Value Solid Waste Utilization

Through its breakthrough development of electromelting technology, NRDI has achieved 100% use of clean energy adoption for resolving the melting challenges in mineral wool production, while enabling the replacement of up to 70% of existing mineral raw materials with industrial solid waste. This technological innovation has reduced comprehensive energy consumption per unit product from 382.21 kgce to 221.39 kgce, resulting in over 40% savings in both total energy use and associated carbon emissions compared to conventional production methods at equivalent capacity. 

02  大比例替代燃料燒成系統關鍵技術開發及應用

中材智科

國內外工業碳中和相關政策均強調水泥行業替代燃料技術的重要地位和作用,為響應國家「雙碳」戰略目標,推動水泥工業朝綠色低碳方向發展,降低天然能源的消耗量,提高具有熱值的廢棄物在水泥行業的利用率,採用替代燃料替代化石燃料將成為水泥工業的發展趨勢。國內水泥工業替代燃料平均替代率遠低於歐洲水平,大比例替代燃料水泥燒成技術的開發與應用迫在眉睫。

中材智科通過深挖水泥工業兩大熱工裝備——迴轉窯與分解爐潛力,對替代燃料性能進行大量試驗與模擬研究,開發出適應高替代率替代燃料燃燒的特殊結構分解爐及迴轉窯內燃燒技術,將替代燃料熱值替代率提升至90%以上,結合替代燃料儲存、計量、輸送與喂料工藝特殊設計,打造高替代率替代燃料整體方案,該技術在拉豪波蘭水泥生產線進行了工業應用,分解爐替代燃料替代率達100%,整條生產線替代燃料替代率達90%以上,具有較好的經濟效益、社會效益與環境效益。

Sinoma Intelligent & Technology: Development and Application of Key Technologies for High-Rate Alternative Fuel Firing Systems

Sinoma Intelligent & Technology has pioneered an innovative alternative fuel solution through the development of a specially designed precalciner structure and rotary kiln combustion technology adapted for high substitution rates. This breakthrough system achieves a thermal substitution rate (TSR) of over 90% for alternative fuels and is supported by customized designs for fuel storage, metering, conveying and feeding processes. The technology has been successfully implemented at Lafarge's Polish cement production line, demonstrating exceptional performance with 100% alternative fuel substitution in the precalciner and over 90% TSR across the entire production line - establishing new industry benchmarks for sustainable cement manufacturing.

03  引領玻纖全鏈條綠色變革,打造綠色供應鏈新標杆

中國巨石

綠色循環低碳發展,是當今時代科技革命和產業變革的方向。隨着全球製造業綠色發展體系加快重構,材料作為工業之基,中國巨石正不斷將綠色玻纖製造的發展理念往產業鏈上下游延伸。

中國巨石將「綠色低碳」理念貫穿到玻纖產品全生命周期,構建了集採購、生產、銷售、回收以及物流於一體的綠色智造鏈。中國巨石突破綠色材料技術,自主研發了無硼無氟高模量的環保玻璃配方,使生產原料減少至少10%,每年可節約超100萬噸礦產資源;採用高熔化率窯爐、太陽能發電、中水回用、廢絲回用等清潔生產技術,使用可降解、可回收、輕量化的包裝材料,以發展「含綠量」提升生態「含金量」。建設了淮安零碳智能製造基地,綠色電力使用比例100%,配套建設的風電場綠電發電量1.8億千瓦時,2025年預計碳減排量超40萬噸。同時中國巨石和環保化工原料供應商開展了綠色物流啟動儀式,使用新能源卡車進行原料運輸,拓展綠色物流,該試點項目預計年減碳80噸,推動新能源產業鏈協同降碳;與原料供應商合作回收化工桶超33,000只,樹立玻纖行業綠色合作新範式。

2024年,中國巨石萬元產值綜合能耗(可比價)0.54噸標準煤/萬元,新能源裝機量382兆瓦,自用綠電發電量1.3億千瓦時,新開發的纏繞膜全年減少碳排放435噸,水資源循環利用率98%,廢氣處理效率95%,廢絲回用率可達100%。

China Jushi: Pioneering Comprehensive Green Transformation in Fiberglass Industry: Setting New Standards for Sustainable Supply Chains

China Jushi has comprehensively implemented "green and low-carbon" concepts throughout the entire lifecycle of fiberglass products, establishing an intelligent green manufacturing system that integrates procurement, production, sales, recycling and logistics. Through breakthroughs in green material technology, the company has independently developed an environmentally friendly glass formula free of boron and fluorine, reducing production raw material usage by at least 10% and saving over 1 million tons of mineral resources annually. By adopting clean production technologies including high-efficiency melting furnaces, solar power generation, water recycling systems and waste fiber reuse, along with biodegradable, recyclable and lightweight packaging materials, China Jushi is driving sustainable ecological development. The company has constructed the Huai'an Zero-Carbon Intelligent Manufacturing Base, where green electricity accounts for 100% of power usage, with supported wind farms that generate 180 million kWh of renewable electricity annually. The base is projected to reduce carbon emissions by over 400,000 tons by 2025. Additionally, China Jushi has launched green logistics initiatives in collaboration with chemical raw material suppliers, utilizing new energy trucks for raw material transportation. This pilot project is expected to reduce carbon emissions by 80 tons annually while promoting collaborative carbon reduction across the new energy industrial chain. The company has also partnered with suppliers to recycle over 33,000 chemical barrels, establishing a new paradigm for green cooperation in the fiberglass industry.

In 2024, China Jushi achieved remarkable sustainability metrics, including comprehensive energy consumption of 0.54 tons of standard coal equivalent per 10,000 yuan of output value, 382 MW of installed renewable energy capacity, 130 million kWh of self-generated green electricity, 435 tons of carbon reduction through newly developed wrapping films, 98% water recycling rate, 95% waste gas treatment efficiency, and a 100% waste fiber reuse rate. These accomplishments demonstrate the company's leadership in advancing circular economy practices within the fiberglass manufacturing sector.

04  綠色築基,鏈動未來

吳忠賽馬

在「雙碳」目標引領下,吳忠賽馬突破傳統建材企業侷限,以前瞻視野佈局綠色低碳全產業鏈發展路徑,將創新實踐貫穿「源頭-生產-末端」各環節,打造出多維度協同增效的綠色發展範式,為高耗能產業綠色轉型提供了生動實踐。

於產業鏈前端,吳忠賽馬從綠色源頭創新,夯實低碳根基。公司盤活廠區空間資源,建成2,000平米「菜園+車棚」一體化分佈式光伏項目,年發電量達44萬度,有效替代廠區傳統電力消耗。創新性應用工業固廢替代天然原料,顯著提升生產效率,降低能耗,更優化熟料品質並直接降低碳排放強度至0.779tCO2/t,實現經濟效益與環境效益雙贏。

於產業鏈中端,吳忠賽馬針對水泥粉磨能耗痛點,實施系列革命性改造。吳忠賽馬將堆焊複合輥升級為耐磨柱釘輥,優化研磨體級配,加裝磨內緩衝裝置,調整選粉機葉片角度。改造后系統效能顯著提升:水泥比表面積提高15m²/kg,台時產量增加40t/h,核心指標水泥工序電耗大幅下降至25.38kWh/t,同比下降4.62kWh/t,躍居行業一級能效水平,成為綠色製造的標杆。

於產業鏈末端,部署「數智化礦山系統」,實現資源精準開採與調度,礦山生產效率提升10%,油耗與炸藥單耗均降低約5%。對原料至成品的全流程質量進行實時監控,確保工藝穩定與產品優質。月末通過盤庫數據與系統採集數據的交叉覈驗,精準實現物料平衡,為碳排放量的科學覈算與精準管理奠定堅實數據基礎。

Wuzhong Saima: Green Foundations Powering a Sustainable Future

Wuzhong Saima has revitalized its facility space by constructing an innovative 2,000-square-meter integrated "vegetable garden + carport" distributed photovoltaic project, generating 440,000 kWh of clean electricity annually. By utilizing industrial solid waste to replace natural raw materials, the company has successfully reduced its carbon emission intensity to 0.779 tCO2/t, achieving both economic and environmental benefits. 

The company's transformation of its cement powder system has yielded remarkable efficiency gains: cement specific surface area increased by 15 m²/kg, hourly production capacity rose by 40 t/h, while core energy consumption metrics improved significantly - with cement process electricity consumption dropping to 25.38 kWh/t (a reduction of 4.62 kWh/t year-on-year), elevating the plant to industry-leading energy efficiency standards and establishing itself as a benchmark for green manufacturing.

Through deployment of its "Smart Digital Mine System", Wuzhong Saima has achieved precise resource extraction and dispatch, boosting mining productivity by 10% while reducing both fuel and explosive consumption by approximately 5%. The company has implemented real-time quality monitoring across the entire production chain from raw materials to finished products, complemented by monthly cross-verification of inventory data against system-collected metrics to ensure material balance. This comprehensive approach provides a robust data foundation for accurate carbon emission accounting and scientific management, driving sustainable operational excellence.

05  賽馬物聯新能源電動重卡充電運營推動綠色轉型

賽馬物聯

隨着國家「雙碳」戰略的深入實施,新能源重卡在物流行業的應用日益普及,綠色物流專線的建設逐漸成為行業發展的重要趨勢。

賽馬物聯專注於新能源電動重卡充電運營領域,為電動重卡的規模化應用提供全面的、數字化的能源保障解決方案。致力於推動綠色物流的發展,為實現「雙碳」戰略目標做出貢獻。

2025年,賽馬物聯重點佈局長三角地區大宗物流的清潔化轉型,開通25條綠色專線,新能源運力佔比提升至74%,減少CO2排放21,805噸。在運力組織方面,通過延長合作時間,確保合理的投入產出, 提升新能源車輛參與度及積極性;在服務保障方面,通過與國電投、特來電等相關方合作,共同建設智慧型充電場站25個,保證了車輛充換電配套設施建設。

賽馬物聯,作為中國建材物流運輸領域的核心服務提供商,通過與各兄弟單位的緊密合作以及構建智慧能源管理平臺等舉措,全面推進長三角地區大宗物流的清潔化轉型。截止2025年5月31日,通過清潔能源運輸累計結算運費超過11,561萬元。此舉積極貫徹了國家的「雙碳」戰略目標,並對地區經濟發展與環境保護做出了顯著貢獻。

Horse racing IoT: New Energy Electric Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Operations Drive Green Transformation

In 2025, Horse racing IoT launched 25 dedicated green transport routes, increasing the proportion of new energy vehicles in its fleet to 74% and result in a reduction of 21,805 tons of CO2 emissions. To optimize fleet operations, the company ensure reasonable input-output ratios while enhancing participation and motivation for new energy vehicle adoption. For service support, Horse racing IoT collaborated with several parties to jointly construct 25 smart charging stations, ensuring comprehensive charging and battery swap infrastructure development.

As of May 31, 2025, the company's clean energy transport operations have generated cumulative freight revenue exceeding 115.61 million yuan.

06  研發超大規模工業固廢超細粉磨系統助推綠色低碳

中材國際(南京)

我國每年都會產生大量高爐礦渣、精煉鋼渣等工業固廢,且精煉鋼渣由於難磨細、活性低,一直沒有很好的處置方法,大量工業固廢只能露天堆存,佔用大量土地的同時造成嚴重污染環境及資源浪費。

中材國際(南京)針對這一問題,通過研發和實踐,實現了應用超大規模超細粉磨技術來處置鋼渣固廢,並針對不同工業固廢選擇合適工藝流程及系統配置,完善工藝固廢超細粉磨系統配置。該系統已成功應用在北海鐵山港項目,打造出一條年處理114萬噸礦渣鋼渣粉磨生產線,該項目固廢超細粉磨台產能力≥80t/h,比表面積可達700m2/kg,台產能力國內最大。該技術不僅解決了鋼渣等固廢的處置難題,而且能變廢為寶,使用超細複合粉替代水泥熟料,年減少CO2排放約29.5萬噸。

該系統技術實現了工業固廢協同製備超細活性粉工業化生產,不僅能將工業固廢資源化利用,減輕環保壓力,同時還能緩解礦粉等資源的短缺問題。為構建綠色、低碳、現代的生態文明和循環產業體系貢獻了力量。

Sinoma International (Nanjing): Pioneering Ultra-Large-Scale Industrial Solid Waste Superfine Grinding System to Advance Green and Low-Carbon Development

Sinoma International (Nanjing) has successfully developed and implemented ultra-large-scale superfine grinding technology for steel slag solid waste treatment. By developing tailored process flows and system configurations for different types of industrial solid waste, the company has perfected its superfine grinding system for processing process these materials efficiently. This innovative system has been successfully deployed in the Beihai Tieshangang Project, establishing a production line with an annual processing capacity of 1.14 million tons for slag and steel slag. The system achieves a unit grinding capacity of ≥80t/h - the largest in China - with product specific surface area reaching 700m²/kg.

This breakthrough technology not only addresses the long-standing challenge of steel slag disposal but also transforms waste into valuable resources. By utilizing the produced ultra-fine composite powder to replace cement clinker, the system enables an annual reduction of approximately 295,000 tons of CO₂ emissions, contributing significantly to the advancement of a circular economy and the achievement of carbon neutrality targets within the building materials industry.
