- Viewbix (NASDAQ:VBIX) enters agreements with strategic investors for a $4.5M private placement.
- The offering includes 925,923 common and pre-funded units, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
- Each unit includes one common share (or pre-funded warrant) and one common warrant exercisable at $4.74.
- Common warrants are exercisable immediately and expire 5.5 years from issuance; pre-funded warrants are exercisable until fully used.
- Closing expected by July 14, 2025.
- Proceeds will support general corporate needs and exploration of new business opportunities.
- VBIX shares up 2.4% on Friday.
