MAG股东批准泛美航空21亿美元的收购提议

- MAG Silver (NYSE:MAG) shareholders have approved the company’s $2.1B acquisition by Pan American Silver (NYSE:PAAS) through a previously announced plan of arrangement.
- The approval was given at a special shareholder meeting held on Thursday.
- Under the terms of the arrangement, each MAG shareholder will receive, at their election: $20.54 in cash for each MAG share held or $0.0001 in cash and 0.755 of a common share in the capital of Pan American for each MAG share held, in each case subject to proration such that the aggregate consideration paid to all MAG shareholders consists of $500M in cash and the remaining consideration paid in Pan American shares.
