Sify科技重新获得纳斯达克合规性

- Sify Technologies (NASDAQ:SIFY) said on Thursday it received a Nasdaq letter, notifying the company that it had regained compliance with the continued listing requirements under Nasdaq Listing Rules, requiring the majority of the Board to be composed of independent directors and the Audit Committee to comprise at least three independent directors, respectively.
- Nasdaq confirmed the company’s non-compliance with Nasdaq’s independent director and audit committee composition requirements, following the resignation of Ajay Kumar from the Company’s Board of Directors.
- Subsequently, the company appointed Dr. Ram Sewak Sharma to the Board as an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee.
- The company said it remains listed on Nasdaq under the trading symbol: “SIFY”.
- SIFY is +0.21% to $4.74.
