首席财务官离职后Open Text股价下跌

- Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEX) has announced the departure of CFO Chadwick Westlake, effective August 15, 2025.
- Westlake is returning to his former employer, EQB, following the unexpected passing of its CEO. Cosmin Balota, OpenText's SVP, chief accounting officer, will serve as CFO on an interim basis.
- OpenText has initiated a comprehensive search to identify a long-term successor with the assistance of an executive search firm.
- Separately, OpenText has announced strong preliminary fourth quarter fiscal year 2025 revenue expectations of around US$1.31 billion.
- Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEX) shares were down 4.2% at the time of publishing.
