B.莱利修改与橡树的信贷协议

- B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ:RILY) has amended its credit agreement with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
- The amended term loan facility adds flexibility with: a new $100M investment basket for transactions via B. Riley’s balance sheet, a $30M investment basket for parent company investments upsized from $20M, and the ability to use up to $25M in cash to reduce debt, including repurchasing unsecured notes.
- The initial credit agreement, executed in February 2025, was utilized to retire the outstanding debt under B. Riley's Nomura Senior Secured Credit Agreement and to fund working capital.
