AISIX Solutions宣布250万美元私募

- AISIX Solutions (AISX) announced on Tuesday a non-brokered private placement of up to 71.43 million units of the company at $0.035 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2.5 million.
- The units will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at an exercise price of C$0.065 for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general working capital, sales and marketing infrastructure, potential acquisitions, product enhancement and general corporate purposes.
