ArriVent宣布7500万美元公开募股

ArriVent BioPharma (NASDAQ:AVBP) said on Tuesday that it intends to offer and sell, $75M of its shares of common stock and, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock, in an underwritten public offering.
In addition, ArriVent expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the total amount of common stock and shares of common stock underlying pre-funded warrants on the same terms and conditions.
ArriVent intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering, together with its existing cash resources, to support its activities for firmonertinib and its other pipeline programs and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
ArriVent BioPharma (NASDAQ:AVBP) shares were down more than 5% in extended trading.
