SenesTech宣布通过认购证行使440万美元，发行新认购证

- SenesTech (NASDAQ:SNES) entered into agreements for the immediate exercise of 1.46M warrants at $2.90 per share, originally issued on March 11, 2025.
- The transaction is expected to close around July 1, 2025.
- In return, SenesTech will issue new short-term warrants for the same number of shares, exercisable at $4.15 per share and priced at $0.125 each.
- New warrants are immediately exercisable and will expire 15 months after the resale registration becomes effective.
- The existing warrant exercise will generate gross proceeds of ~$4.4M; full exercise of new warrants could yield an additional ~$6.0M.
- Proceeds will support working capital and general corporate purposes.
