SiTime定价3.5亿美元股票发行

SiTime (NASDAQ:SITM) has priced its follow-on public offering of 1.75M shares at $200.00 per share.
The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 262,500 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The gross proceeds of the offering to SiTime, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be $350M.
The offering is expected to close on June 27, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
