- Lifeward (NASDAQ:LFWD) has announced the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of 4M of the Co.’s ordinary shares and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 4M of the Co.’s ordinary shares, at a combined public offering price of $0.65 per ordinary share and associated ordinary warrant.
- The ordinary warrants will have an exercise price of $0.65 per ordinary share, will be exercisable immediately upon issuance and will expire on the five-year anniversary of the issuance date.
- The aggregate gross proceeds to the Co. from the offering are expected to be ~$2.6M, and the potential additional gross proceeds from the ordinary warrants will be ~$2.6M.
- The Co. intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for its continuing commercial efforts, working capital and general corporate purposes.
- The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 26, 2025.
- LFWD -43.2% premarket to $0.55.
