- Alaunos Therapeutics (NASDAQ:TCRT) shares fell over 14% premarket on Monday after the company launched an equity offering to raise around $2M in proceeds.
- The offering comprises 610,399 shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) issued at a purchase price of $3.36 per share (or pre-funded warrant in lieu thereof)
- The company currently intends to use the net proceeds of around $1.9M from the offering for its obesity program and general corporate purposes. The transaction is expected to close on or about June 24, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
