• Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional ~1M shares.
• The net proceeds will be used for the enrollment of patients and to reach data read out in the INVINCIBLE-4 Study, for the treatment of existing patients enrolled in the INVINCIBLE-3 Study, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
• The offering is expected to close on June 13, 2025.
