CELU宣布解雇CFO;任命临时负责人

• Celularity (NASDAQ:CELU) terminated the employment of its chief financial officer, David Beers, effective immediately.
• Beers was terminated “without cause” under the terms of his employment agreement.
• Effective as of June 10, 2025, CELU appointed Joseph DosSantos, its current senior vice president of finance, as interim CFO.
• DosSantos will continue to serve as senior vice president of finance during his time as interim CFO and will not receive any additional compensation.
