• ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW) appointed Robert (Bobby) Leibrock as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2025. 
• Mr. Leibrock succeeds Scott Behrens, who is retiring after nearly two decades at ACI.
• Mr. Leibrock joins ACI from Red Hat, Inc., where he currently serves as Senior Vice President, COO and CFO.
