Captivision可能因市值被纳斯达克退市，并提出缺陷

- Captivision (NASDAQ:CAPT) received a letter from Nasdaq, stating it failed to regain compliance with the $50M market value requirement by the June 2 deadline.
- CAPT was previously notified of the deficiency on December 3, 2024, and given 180 days to resolve it.
- Separately, on May 22, 2025, Nasdaq also flagged noncompliance for failing to file its annual report.
- Captivision plans to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which would stay delisting actions for 15 calendar days from the request date.
- CAPT will also seek an extended stay through the hearing date and any additional period granted by the panel.
