量子公司宣布任命首席执行官

- Quantum Corporation (NASDAQ:QMCO) appointed Hugues Meyrath as chief executive officer, effective June 2, 2025.
- Meyrath, a storage industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, succeeds Jamie Lerner, CEO since July 2018.
- Donald J. Jaworski, current lead independent director, has been named chairman of the board.
- Quantum has raised ~$60M through a standby equity purchase agreement to support capital restructuring.
- The company is actively working with lenders to restructure remaining debt to support long-term growth.
- QMCO shares rise 3% premarket on Tuesday.
