- Scienture Holdings (NASDAQ:SCNX) has announced that Suren Ajjarapu, who has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has stepped down from his roles with the Co., with those positions being assumed by the existing, experienced management team of Dr. Shankar Hariharan and Dr. Narasimhan Mani.

- “This transition marks the next chapter for Scienture and I’m proud of what we’ve built over the years at the company,” said Suren Ajjarapu.
