- ProStar Holdings (TSXV:MAPS:CA) announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to C$750,000.
- The offering will consist of up to 5.36M units of the company at C$0.14/unit.
- Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant.
- Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one share of the company at C$0.20/share for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the offering.
- The company will use the proceeds of the offering for sales, marketing and working capital requirements.
