Riverview Bancorp (NASDAQ:RVSB) headquartered in Vancouver, WA, the holding company parent of Riverview Bank, has announced that on April 24, 2025, its Board of Directors adopted a stock repurchase program.
Under this repurchase program, the Co. may repurchase up to $2M of the Co.’s outstanding shares of common stock, in the open market.
Once the repurchase program is effective, the repurchase program will continue until the earlier of the completion of the repurchase or 12 months after the effective date, depending upon market conditions.
“We continue to explore opportunities to enhance shareholder value, and we believe capitalizing on this opportunity to repurchase common stock is a prudent way of deploying excess capital,” said Nicole Sherman, President and CEO.
