夏威夷银行首席财务官辞职

- Bank of Hawaii (NYSE:BOH) said on Friday that Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer, Dean Y. Shigemura, will step down as CFO effective June 30, 2025.
- Shigemura has been with the company for 26 years, during which time he has held roles of increasing responsibility within the finance division, including Controller, Treasurer and CFO.
- Effective July 1, 2025, Shigemura will assume the position of Internal Consultant to the company for one year at an annual salary of $500,000.
- When Shigemura exits his current role, his duties as CFO will be assumed by current Senior Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO Bradley S. Satenberg. Satenberg joined the company in July 2024 from Luther Burbank, where he was CFO of Luther Burbank Savings.
