美泰与WWE续签全球授权协议

- Mattel (NASDAQ:MAT) will continue to be the worldwide licensing partner to World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE:TKO), announcing on Monday a multi-year extension to their current agreement, keeping Mattel (NASDAQ:MAT) as the exclusive manufacturer and merchandiser of WWE action figures, accessories, playsets, role play items, vehicles and vehicle accessories.
- “WWE’s relationship with Mattel has been a cornerstone of our consumer products strategy for 15 years,” said Alex Varga, co-head of revenue at WWE.
- Mattel’s (NASDAQ:MAT) WWE action figures continue to rank among the top 10 properties in the U.S. action figure category, and expected to expand further with WWE’s international expansion through its partnership with Netflix (NFLX).
- Financial terms of the extension were not disclosed.
